Terms and Conditions of Service
These Terms apply to all services provided by BS Electrician (UK) Limited.
1. Quotations
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are based on information provided at the time.
- Additional work may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
3. Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe access to the property and electrical installation.
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe work.
4. Cancellations
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers booking services at a distance may have a 14-day cooling-off period unless work has begun with express consent.
Emergency works requested within the cooling-off period may waive cancellation rights.
5. Liability
We carry public liability insurance.
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided unless caused by negligence resulting in personal injury or death.
6. Certification
All notifiable work is certified and registered in accordance with current UK regulations.
